Jets move McKnight to corner
A surprising move has been made by the New York Jets as they have moved running back Joe McKnight to cornerback after the loss of Darrelle Revis. "He'll still have an offensive role" Rex Ryans said, as he was becoming a nobody in the offense so far this season. McKnight will get his playing time up this season and his blazing speed with help the Jets guard speedy wide recievers as well. This move may be stupid to some people, but I think this a great way to get someone involved at two or three positions in one game.
Replacement Refs keep blowing calls
After a huge call on the Russell Wilson Hail Mary touchdown pass to Golden Tate, fans, NFL players are probably furious right now because of bad calls these first 3 weeks of the 2012 season. With countless controversal calls by the replacement refs, the refs are horribly critized and there's tons of pressure on them now after what we saw in week 3. Even though the replacement refs haven't been as good as we thought they would be, they've tried there hardest and are intimidated, in a way, by the players before games. However, the NFLRA might be able to negociate the refs out of the lockout and there can be better referees now.
Revis is Done
The Jets will be losing all-pro conerback Darrelle Revis for the season. After getting injured while trying to attempt to tackle running back Daniel Thomas, Revis felt something and it seemed like it was pulled at first, but it was far worse than that. He injured his left knee against the Dolphins Sunday and will need surgery on his ACL. The loss of Revis is going to kill the Jets season and they probably won't make the playoffs either.

Gonzalez first to win 20
Washington Nationals Gio Gonzalez is the first MLB player to win 20 games this season. With the help from a great offensive performance against the Brewers, Gio won his 20th game. He's the first National to win 20 games since Ross Grimsley in 1978.

McDonald Downgraded To Pen
The Pittsburgh Pirates have removed starting pitcher James McDonald from the rotation and have moved him to the bullpen. Right-Handed pitcher Kyle McPherson will take McDonald's spot in the rotation. McDonald was doing phenominal in the first half with a 9-3 record and a 2.37 E.R.A. However he had taken some bad luck to the second half of the season as he slumped with a 3-5 record, and a 7.08 E.R.A. Let's see if McDonald will improve in the bullpen and hopefully help the Pirates serge for there first playoff apperance since 1992.
Redskins Lose 2 Defenders
The Washington Redksins have lost starters Brian Orakpo and Adam Carriker for the rest of the season. This puts the Redskins defense in a huge whole and RG3 might have to be on top of his game in order to help the Redskins win games. Orakpo tore his pectoral muscle, while Carriker tore his quad tendon. The loss of Orakpo and Carriker are going to kill the Redskins for the remainder of the season.
Hernandez gets banged up
New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez has suffered a right ankle injury, which will keep him out of action for a couple of weeks. The loss of Hernandez devastated the Patriots big time as they were upset by the Cardinals 20-18. Hernandez is key in this Patriots explossive offense and will be missed for about the next two weeks. For those who have Aaron Hernandez on your fantasy team, it's time to keep him on your bench for a couple of weeks.
