Wizzy Dumped In The Desert
After another 5-11 record in the past 3 years, the Cardinals finally dumped Head Coach Wisenhunt loose. After starting 4-0, the Cardinals went out of control, losing there next 9 games. Duirng that 9 game losing streak the Cardinals went through 4 quarterbacks and 3 runningbacks because of injuries. They ranked 31st in scoring offense and there running game mustered a terrible 3.4 AVG and the offensive line was one of the league's worst, giving up 58 sacks. The QB play was awful as they threw 1,000 yards less than their defense gave up and a 63.1 QB raiting between the 4 QB. The defense was elite against the pass, but wimpy against the run. The 59-0 loss against the Seahawks in week 14, was a signal that Ken woulf get fired. It's very sad though that Ken has to get fired, the Cardinals played with a total of 4 QB and 3 RB because of injury, I'm pretty sure no NFL team has gone through that before. The Cardinals are a very young team and it's not Ken's fault for having such a young team, it's nobodys. The players haven't devolped yet. Maybe the players don't fit right in their system. Anyways, it's very sad for Ken to leave, he lead the Cardinals to the super bowl in 2008 and had a good relationship with the players. It's hard for a head coach to leave.
