Cards Hire Bruce Arians

Following a dissapointing 5-11 season after starting out 4-0, the Cardinals immediatley hired Colts offensive coordinator Bruce Arians as there new head coach. The Cardinals now have Arians for the next 4-5 years and pray for a winning season. As an interm while Chuck Pagano was getting his treatment for leukimia, Arians posted a respectable 9-3 record. He turned around a Colts team that had won 2 games the year before. During his intermship with the Colts this season, he showed how to coach a team built around rookies (Andrew Luck, Vick Ballard, T.Y. Hilton, LaVon Brazil, Dwayne Allen, and Coby Fleener). Now the question is, how will Arians improve this disfunctional Cardinals offense, who finished last in the league with Total QBR (21.4). Arizona will need to find a new QB and offensive line if they want to win games next season. They pretty much relied on there defense last season, but that plan didn't really work out. Cardinals GM Rod Graves will need to make some smart moves to help re-build most of the Cardinals offense and some of their defense to help out Arians. Arians had said that the Cardinals needed to find a new backup QB this off-season too. After Kolb went down, things went downhill as the play from John Skelpton and Ryan Lidley was unaceptable. Things should be very interesting this off-season for the Arizona Cardinals.
